Almost forgot to write this review until my 3-year-old son Asher asked to go back because he loves the G.O.s!

This was a trip of just me and my little son, so I was quite apprehensive at first that things might go wrong. How wrong I was! I had a thoroughly relaxing vacation with endless food and drinks with an amazing seaview all the time, with all sorts of programmes and entertainment to keep me occupied when I want something to do. There are shows every night, and not just your run-of-the-mill shows, but with truly talented acrobats!

But the most amazing compliment has to go to the G.O.s taking care of my son in the Petit Club Med! Shout-out to Sheeba, Syasya, Fida, Dimas, Kimi, Husen, Kelvin, Angel, Zan, Melani, Liz, Wood, and Gus! My son had so much fun with them! He went golfing, cupcake making, swimming, snail walking etc. so much so that he was having an amazing vacation of his own! You can tell the G.O.s truly love children, they are so in sync with them while being gentle to them. Syasya thought Asher how to be patient and wait in line as well, as he tends to be a very excitable and impatient kid.

Only thing that can be improved is

Truly one of the best vacation I ever had, missing it already. Best money I ever spent, and we both wish we were still back there!

Visit in group with people from company. Really enjoyed the stay, the view, the facilities. And the food was so amazing. The moon was so bright during my visit, made the view of the sea at night so beautiful. Also thanks to Ms Noor and team for their warm hospitality.

Kudos to the mini and petite club for an amazing experience for my children! Special thanks to SHEEBA, SYASYA, FIDA, ZAN, KELVIN, ANGEL, FIDA, LIZ, MELANIE, KIMI, WOOD, GUS, HUSEN for the endless patience and love!

Our family of four spent a week at Club Med Bintan (29 Nov – 5 Dec 2025), and while the resort is beautiful, it was the people who transformed a "nice holiday" into a memory we will cherish forever.

The "CoCo" Factor: Hospitality Redefined I have to start with CoCo. She wasn’t just a host; she was our guardian angel for the week. From the moment she checked us in, she made us feel like VIPs. She curated our experience seamlessly, but two moments stood out. First, the send-off party the GO team and she organized on our last day was incredibly touching—a perfect bookend to the trip. Second, and most importantly, when I realized I had left a bag behind, CoCo didn’t just sympathize; she acted. She will coordinate the logistics to get my bag to the ferry terminal for my self-collection on the 9 Dec. That is service you simply cannot buy.

A Birthday to Remember for my young son - Traveling with young children can be stressful, but the team here made it a joy. My son Seraph turned 4 on December 3rd, and the GO team went above and beyond. It wasn't just a cake; it was a celebration. To the GOs who gathered to sing and make him the center of the universe for those few minutes—thank you. You created a core memory for a little boy (and us!).

The Dream Team: How They Made a Difference With so many names to mention, it’s hard to single everyone out, but I want to acknowledge how this massive team contributed to our happiness and experience there:

1. The Energy & Vibe Creators: To Berta, Mitch, Zippy, and Sanndy—thank you for the infectious enthusiasm. Whether it was greeting us in the morning or keeping the energy up during the shows and activities, your smiles were the fuel for our vacation.

2. The Service Stars: Ari, William, Martin, Moshe, and Dani made every interaction seamless. Whether at the bar or the restaurant, the attention to detail was spot on. You anticipated our needs before we even asked.

3. The Warmth & Welcome: Clarissa, Sheeba, Ruby, and Gus—you made us feel like we were returning home rather than visiting a hotel. Your genuine questions about our day and our family made us feel truly seen.

4. Activity & Fun Leaders: A shoutout to Zan, Wood, Fida, and Syasya. Thank you for your patience and engagement during the activities. It takes a special skill to keep guests of all ages entertained, and you nailed it.

5. The "Behind the Scenes" Heroes: To Dimas, Husen, Liz, Kimi, Melani, and Angei—thank you for the hard work that often goes unnoticed. The smoothness of our stay was a testament to your dedication.

6. The Finishing Touches: Finally, to Kelvin, Noor, Kaja, Vicky, Vishark, Anna, Azman, and Beverly. Every smile in the hallway and every helpful gesture added up to a perfect score for service.

Club Med Bintan, you have an absolute gem of a team. We will be back, and we hope to see these familiar faces again!

If you are new to Clubmed family, I highly recommend for families to check-in your kids from age 2 and above to their petite club (2-3), kids club (4-10) or teens club (11-17). Our kids age 6, 9, 11.

It’s not a childcare but a club customize for the kids to have fun so the adults can relax. Let them have fun with the GOs, the GOs will take care of them. Stay for more than 3-4 nights can create a more wholesome experience for the kids. They will learn to socialize more and be more independent. There’s no baby club or babysitter services below 2 years old so if you are bringing babies, you have to take care yourselves. This applies only to clubmed bintan for now.

My 6 year old got to trapeze, hang upside down and he told me he doesn’t want to leave the resort. My 9 year old mingled with other friends happily and always high-5 with the GOs. My 11 year old got to mingle with other teens, even though she’s the youngest there, she was telling me the friends are so supportive, taught her how to play pool etc and they even talked about PSLE (yup, so Singaporean). They got to do archery, wall climbing, trapeze etc, creating wonderful memories together, with no
parents’ presence. The kids have so much to takeaway.

The food is awesome, the night programs and the parties are great. Avoid end of the year if you are looking at sea sports activities as the the activities are closed due to monsoon season. Some of the team at welcome reception is not so smiley, but well, nothing is perfect!
