The Club Med Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
✕ Rates with differences in the booking terms: resort, room-type
(ex: different view), dates, number of adults, number of children,
age of children, sales terms and conditions.
✕ Rates with restrictions or limitations on how they are displayed or
booked. For example, prices do not qualify if they are on websites
that don't disclose the brand or hotel until the reservation is made
(like Hotwire and Priceline).
✕ Rates from auction or coupon-based websites.
✕ Rates calculated using coupon codes or vouchers.
✕ Rates for the hotel component of a package booking.
✕ Rates that require a login, credit card number or a code to see.
✕ Rates on websites that don't offer online bookings (ie: message
boards or blogs).
✕ Rates for reservations that are not authorized to be transferred (like
a guest "reselling" a confirmed reservation).
✕ Rates from websites or Apps that are in an unsupported language.
✕ Rates for bookings that don’t provide an immediate confirmation,
or are not available to the general public (like member rates, negotiated
corporate or group rates and team member rates).
✕ Rates with discounts applicable to only a portion of your entire stay.
✕ Rates for reservations made within 72 hours of the resort's standard
check-in time on your day of arrival.
✕ Rates for packages including air transportation for any Club Med resort other than Columbus Isle.
✕ If the rate difference between the price booked through
staging.clubmed.ca and the qualifying lower rate is $10 CAD or less.
✕ Rates offered by non-online re-sellers.
