Cherating Beach Malaysia

The Club Med trip with my friend exceeded my expectations. I had a few communication difficulties because of the Korean GO’s vacation, but the other GOs treated me like a friend, so I felt at ease. Especially Jepin (he truly thinks of Club Med, and he seems to have more than enough managerial qualities). Thanks to that, I feel like visiting Borneo.), Chris (an intern, but he has the perfect ability for this resort). His sense of humor and excellent Korean skills really put me at ease with him.), Zal (I wasn’t able to have a long conversation because he was at a busy bar, but it was nice to see him listen carefully to my story and put his heart into it.), Job (he always greeted me warmly and listened well to our conversation) remain very memorable. I would also like to express my gratitude to the GO members who provided great help in programs such as power walking, Nature Trail, and rock climbing. This time I came with a friend, but once the renovation is finished, I definitely want to come with my family. From our family’s perspective, who love nature and animals, we really enjoyed the nature-related programs, such as various hikes and animal and plant observation programs (turtle, birds, etc.). Finally, I will present one opinion from the perspective of both parents and consumers. The biggest reason I could have happy memories at Club Med was because of the GOs. Over the course of a week, I was moved and also felt sorry for them as they worked hard, going around here and there all day long. (From the perspective of a parent with children). I believe that for Club Med to develop further and last longer, the treatment of these GOs must be improved dramatically. Of course, the resulting financial burden will fall on us, the consumers. However, I believe that Club Med can only be sustained if they (GO) stay until the very end and continue operating as they do now. Cheering on Club Med’s GOs who are working hard today as well, and looking forward to the next Club Med. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, everything was very well planned and organized. The warm welcome, pre-arrival coordination, and smooth luggage handling for our group made the arrival and check-in process comfortable and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the preparation and effort put in by the team before our arrival.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and the cleanliness throughout the dining areas and resort was impressive. The facilities were well maintained, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The overall atmosphere, activities, food, and hospitality were simply awesome!

I would especially like to recognize Zoey, Grayson, and Clara for the excellent service they provided to our group. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to assist.

A very special mention to Zoey for her extraordinary service throughout our stay. She consistently went above and beyond and was always there to assist us without fail.

One particular experience that stood out was when I requested a room change for one of my colleagues. Zoey took the time to listen carefully and genuinely understand the reason behind my request. She handled the matter professionally and with great understanding, and helped arrange the room change smoothly. Her patience, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated.

From the warm welcome and excellent coordination to the luggage handling, delicious food, cleanliness, activities, and outstanding service, everything contributed to a fantastic company trip.

A truly memorable experience and highly recommended for both company trips and leisure stays. We look forward to visiting again!

Our family just spent a wonderful week at Club Med Cherating with our kids, aged 6 and 3, and we had such a fantastic time! The food, the location and the programme exceeded our expectation.

As always, it’s the people who make Club Med so special. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, and they really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Our kids loved taking part in the activities, and the GOs even remembered their names, which made the experience feel so personal. Even the security team were always so kind and welcoming whenever we passed by.

It’s impossible to mention everyone we’re grateful to, but we’d especially like to thank Wafi, Zue Zue, Miya and Sharon from the Family team, Zul from the Circus team, and Zal, Yoyo, Andy and Imra at the bar (and their wonderful cocktails:). We got to know them particularly well, and they all helped make our holiday truly memorable.

Thank you to the whole Club Med Cherating team for an amazing week! We can definitely recommend this resort for families and would happily come back again. ❤️🌴
