I enjoy the rock climbing, very clear instruction and I able to reach the top and the safety of this activity is well managed. Lunker & Niki the best.

This was our family’s first visit to Club Med, and we booked a long stay (10 days!). There were many highlights of the trip, so many that I almost regret not booking an even longer stay.

First, hats off to Bryan, the tennis coach. Our whole family joined his tennis lessons every morning. His instructional approach is excellent, combining strong technical knowledge with clear, constructive feedback. There was even an 80-year-old GM from China attending his beginner class. Bryan was exceptionally patient with my child, pushing her just the right amount to spark her interest in the sport. After the trip, she now wants to continue learning tennis. We will try to go to the next Club Med that he’s rotating to if possible.

Second, the gym classes with Khuzy were genuinely great workouts. His background in sports science clearly enhances the effectiveness of his sessions. He is also wonderful with children, encouraging them during archery and other activities. Khuzy consistently goes out of his way to make GMs feel welcome, whether by preparing water, offering to take family photos, or simply being warm and engaging. We enjoyed chatting with him during mealtimes.

Third, Zarul was very kind and attentive when teaching my child archery. His dance class was lively and enjoyable, and he offered helpful advice when my husband tried rock climbing.

The trapeze show was very impressive. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work. Catherine, Elaine, and Zol were very encouraging with my child, and I especially appreciate Catherine’s effort to make my child laugh when my child was scared.

Gauthier also made a tremendous effort to ensure GMs felt welcomed. He and his team walked around offering fruit and checking whether guests needed anything.

Last but not least, I would like to thank all the GOs from the Mini Club, including Rama, Rebekah, Miya, Wafi. Although my child only attended Mini Club for one day, the team always greeted her warmly whenever they saw her and repeatedly invited her to join the activities. One suggestion would be to add a further age separation within the 4- to 7-year old group, as activities for 4 to 5-year-olds may feel too easy or unengaging for older children.

There were many more people who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. Nazmi and the water sports team were helpful. Remi, Satish, Charo, Maxime, Mo, Shahir and Vic-Qi were great.

From the rooms to the restaurant and all the sports and entertainment activities, everything is top-notch.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
It's an unforgettable experience.

A wholesome family experience with good spread of fine food. Went with 3 young adults (16-21 years old), and we had fun playing court games, table tennis, archery etc. Appreciated how the GOs went to great extent to create entertaining shows every night.

3 highlights… (1) The rock climb was special because the rock wall was all natural and therefore very challenging. (2) Nature trail was an enjoyable hike with great view at certain vantage points. Very informative too, kudos to guide. (3) Firefly watch was a magical experience.

My family was here exactly 11 years ago, and we are pleasantly surprised at how we still experienced something new and unforgettable.
