Punta Cana Dominican Republic

I went to Punta Cana last month. I was still amazed with the team starting with the chief of the village to the bottom of the crew. The chief of the village Abdel is one of the greatest chiefs of the village Club Med ever known. His charism makes you feel the magic of the place deeper. The room division manager Nella believes me she knows what she is doing you can count on her highly professional with her entire team. The assistant chief of the village Romain did something while I was there that really drove me to the Club Med spirit. I want to acknowledge what he did with the crazy sign if you're reading this post, and you've never been to Club Med, you will know when you go to Club Med. Now let’s talk about the chief of animation Pepito. What a start Big up for you. I can't ever forget your energy and sympathy. I stay at Oasis, an amazing area with the manager and her team that makes this area one of the best spots to find peace in the village, big thanks to you. The chief of the sport I need to come back to play with him. He owns me a game, and I want it at 7am. Thank you, my friend, for your kindness and the entire sport Ricardo, Ramon, Germain I can’t remember everyone. I just want to say thank you to the restaurant manager Yhonny and the team, the cave next to the Indigo bar, the boutique at the end and the entire team. I don't have anything to complain about. Thank you so much Punta Cana ALE ALE ALE PUNTA CANA!!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE! chef de village abdel has turned this place around - it's amazing! nonstop smiles and greetings from every go and even the ges are smiling! caring and friendship from pepito, miguel, samarain, youyou, lauren, and abdel made me feel truly special and it wasn't just me - i watched them happily greet/work with/help/encourage every gm there. a resort is a resort but with leaders like the above, punta cana really is a feel-good, relaxing yet exciting experience! it was spotless, rooms clean, restaurants constantly being cleaned (big thanks to joel at hispaniola for my papaya), so many activities with happy gos. again the upbeat feeling and happy gos comes from the top and abdel knows his job! we had an unbelievable dinner the night before we left (thank you to all for making that happen) - 5 days of being so happy and cared for and about! i saw first time gms having a blast - this place is infectious! meyeux at front desk sent us off with her smile!

This was our 5th trip with Club Med, and once again, it was an amazing experience! My family and I stayed at Club Med Punta Cana, and everything was just perfect—from the warm welcome to the beautiful surroundings and fantastic service.

Fabie, Mehu, and the entire Guest Relations team made us feel right at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly made our stay special. The resort is stunning, the food is delicious, and there’s always something fun for everyone in the family.

We’re so happy to keep coming back again and again, and there’s no doubt we’ll be returning! Thank you for another unforgettable vacation—5 stars all the way!

We just visited Clumed Punta Cana with our daughters (3 & 5) and stayed in the Tiara suites for our third time. We went in 2021 for our first time and feel in love with the private pool & beach, customer service and all the fun they have for kids. We were happy to see Crystelle still working along with Tito and many other amazing staff- Pascal was also very kind. Our daughters love the Pirate show, the food /dessert options, getting chocolates on their bed, the kitties all over the resort & the pool. They also have a huge waterpark, circus, swim lessons & amazing spa services. We love the exclusive Tiara suites because you get all the fun of the resort but also have a more small, private, family friendly part of the resort to return to. We tried fishing & our five year old caught her first fish in minutes. We appreciate the staff remembering us by name and our preferences- they went above and beyond to treat us like family. We hope to come back soon! Would definitely recommend!

Club Med Punta Cana was the perfect vacation for our family. Lots for our granddaughter (3.5) loved the kids club and her parents loved the activities. Even my 85 year old mother had a great time. Megan (events manager) was EVERYWHERE and had a smile for everyone! Pepito (entertainment) was also everywhere and seemed to never stop smiling either! The Chief of Sports, Miguel, was so enthusiastic and welcoming that he made everyone feel included. A special shoutout to Pascale and Djenica from the reception desk! They were gracious and lovely dining partners. Djenica gave us a bracelet she made to give to our granddaughter. The people make Club Med special.
There was one thing that could have made our visit even better - it was necessary to call for a cart if you wanted assistance getting to another area of the club. It would have been so much easier to go to a designated "cart stop" and hop on a cart that had a designated loop around the club. Such a large club needs a more reliable way to transport guests.
