We spent the UK end of May half-term at Club Med Palmiye and had such a lovely holiday.

After a long day travelling from London, we arrived at around 11pm feeling pretty tired and frazzled. Charlotte, the Reception Manager, and Jay gave us the warmest welcome and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. It was exactly what was needed after a long journey and set the tone for the rest of the stay.

A special thank you to the incredible bar team, who worked so hard throughout the week and were always quick, friendly and smiling, no matter how busy things got. Murat was an absolute star – so kind, humble and attentive, and he always seemed to know when I needed a drink before I did! Ahmet, the Chief of Bar, was equally wonderful. He brought so much fun and energy wherever he went, always engaging and took time to chat with guests, and clearly cared deeply about both his team and the people he was looking after.

Yasin and Celebi in the restaurant were also fantastic and always made sure we were looked after, even during the busiest times.

The sailing team deserves a big thank you too. One of my favourite memories was sailing out to the island with Batu. Mehmet and Selcuk were brilliant and ran the sailing operation with such warmth, charm and enthusiasm.

A huge thank you as well to Jordan, Willy, Samuel and Joaquin for taking such great care of my 10-year-old son. He absolutely loved spending time with you all, and I genuinely think you've inspired him to become a GO one day!

The only small area for improvement would be the sunbeds. By early morning many were already reserved with towels, often remaining unused for hours afterwards. It's a challenge many resorts face, but perhaps a gentle reminder about not reserving unattended sunbeds could help make things a little fairer for everyone.

Please do share our thanks with everyone mentioned above. They all played a part in making the holiday so memorable, and their hard work and kindness certainly didn't go unnoticed.

We loved our second time here and brought two other families with us. Nothing beats the club med vibe- if you know, you know! We would like to thank in particular Igor for amazing fitness workouts, the tennis team for great classes (Yusuf and Ahmed), the watersports team in particular the gentlemen running the introduction classes for sailing. Oussa did amazingly as new village chief (an achievement after Jonathan, so well done!). But our biggest thanks to to Killian the Family Manager, for helping us look for our young daughter when she strayed too far at dinner and got lost for a while - the scariest experience ever and the team immediately sprung to action! We are definitely becoming regulars!

Great venue for a week relaxing and doing activities you love for the whole family. The food was superb and some nice events in the evenings. Many activities including archery, padel, fitness, waterskiing, sailing and a lot more. The staff was incredibly helpful and engaged with good appreciation given to all involved. The atmosphere was excellent. The sauna was great for the muscles. We spent every day at archery with Thomas who was very helpful. The fitness classes from Igor were great. The kids clubs were well organised. And we had nice weather with a bit of wind to keep the sailing fun. All in all, a great holiday.

Very good experience ahead of expectations even though know Club Med quite well already. Nice resort with wide variety of activities - GOs very helpful and dedicated. Well-managed and clean resort - gardening impeccable, cleanliness to high standard, things simply worked as they should (restaurants well catered and quickly served, basically no queues at bars, towels always available, etc etc).
