First time at Club med Awesome week with large group celebrating my 50 th. Rooms , facilities, food and staff were 10/10. Special mention to Carlos and Paul for helping us organise 75 plus group in activities and dining.

Just completed another memorable stay in this beautiful resort.
Led by Patricio, Hugo and Sophie we had newly renovated rooms, experienced great staff contact, had yummy food and lots of activities which made our stay amazing.
Special shout out to the circus team - Chloe, Viky and Bea (plus others) led by the amazing Abby, who went out of their way to help the kids achieve their catch dreams.
Thanks also to Cucumber and Milk who were the leaders of the teenagers activities that the kids loved.

I had the most incredible time! The G.O’s were amazing and the energy never stopped. A huge thank you to Sophie for organising such unforgettable events for us to enjoy!! I ended up leaving with some (hopefully) lifelong friends from the staff, Anna, Vishak, and Winnie. I have never felt so welcomed to a stay in my life. My partner and I will definitely be going back at some point!! Thank you to Abii, Chloe, Vicky, and the rest of the circus staff were also just as incredible as they let me sit and watch them practice, including me in their conversations, as I used to do this when I was younger. The whole team has inspired me to go back to doing it again. I will never forget the love I received at this beautiful resort. Thank you all xx

It took me a few days to relax into our Club Med holiday. The biggest surprise was discovering that dinner doesn’t start until 6:45 pm and that the evening shows and entertainment run quite late, making them unsuitable for young children.

Once I adjusted my expectations and understood how the resort operates, I started to really enjoy our holiday. The food and drinks have been a real highlight. The buffet is excellent, with plenty of variety, breakfast is particularly good, and the cocktails are around an 8/10—better than at most resorts I’ve stayed at. For us, the food and beverage offering has definitely been one of the resort’s biggest strengths.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. We initially found our room’s location challenging, as it was a long walk from the main pool and central facilities. After speaking with the team, they kindly agreed to move us to a more central location, which we really appreciated. If you’re booking, I’d recommend requesting a room closer to the heart of the resort, especially if you’re travelling with young children. There is a buggy service, but it only runs approximately every 15 minutes, so you’ll still end up doing a fair bit of walking.

The Kids Club facilities are very good and offer plenty for children to do. However, Australian families with younger children should be aware that the resort operates on a much later schedule than we are used to. The pools don’t open until 9:00 am, Kids Club doesn’t start until 8:30 am, dinner begins at 6:45 pm, and there is no private in-room babysitting. Instead, the evening childcare is a group “PJ Party” from around 6:30 pm until 11:00 pm. That didn’t suit our young children, who are used to eating dinner around 4:30–5:00 pm and sleeping in their own beds.

Overall, once we adjusted our expectations and settled into the resort’s rhythm, we had a very enjoyable holiday. If you’re travelling with older children or don’t mind a later schedule, you’ll probably love it. Families with younger children should simply be aware of the timings and the size of the resort before booking.

Resort itself, food, drinks, and activities all excellent.

We were particularly drawn to the resort for its daycare facilities (aka baby club). The baby team took excellent care of our 1 year old. Celina was particularly helpful and responsive, especially with specific requests for him, as well as providing photos and updates when requested. Vera, Celina, Salisa, Nam, Milk, Pinkie, Gigi really cared for our child and that meant a lot.

Our kid absolutely loved the water park.
