As for the hotel in itself, the rooms are overheated. You can call the front desk and ask them to lower the temperature. It made a big difference.

I'm a long term costumer of Club Med. And this experience didn't disappoint. The staff is friendly and very helpful! I would like to acknowledge especially Mene who was our point of contact for our stay! She made everything easier and solved any request.
The updates in the app really helping and off course the food and atmosphere are kept for a high degree. The snowboard guiding was terrific as always! The hotel location is excellent the only shortcoming is that the space in each floor isn't quite big and the bar/lounge/night club are pretty crowded when the hotel is full.

I recently stayed at the resort for the third time and wanted to share some brief feedback as a returning guest.
Compared to last year, I felt the food and overall service were slightly better on my previous visit. The difference wasn’t dramatic, but given the premium pricing, consistency in quality and attentiveness does matter and is worth noting.
That said, I still really enjoy this resort.I particularly appreciate that this is one of the few Club Med resorts with an adults-focused atmosphere. It creates a great social and sporty environment and is a big reason I return. I also had an excellent ESF instructor this stay, which made the trip hard to leave.
My main feedback relates to pricing for solo travellers. The difference between one person occupying a room and two people sharing it feels very high and makes repeat visits difficult to justify. I would happily return more than once a year — and even extend my stay — if the solo pricing were more reasonable. I’m sure many solo guests would do the same, helping fill rooms that might otherwise remain empty.

I love this resort and hope to keep coming back, so I would be very grateful if pricing structures for solo travellers could be reconsidered.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. The skiing was sublime, the food was excellent and the layout of the property made sense.

However, we were booked on an itinerary that would have been impossible, save a miracle, to make. Club Med scheduled us with barely over an hour to change planes in Frankfurt on the way home - I’m not sure that can be done. When we got to the resort I immediately tried to change our flight to give us a longer layover. While the front desk eventually agreed to do it (after 4 days of excuses), they requested a ridiculous sum of money.

Our friends decided to gamble with the short layover in Frankfurt. They did make the flight- but only because there were 22 of them. The captain held the plane for them. Their luggage, however, is still lost.

In short, I would go back, but I wouldn’t let Club Med anywhere near my travel arrangements.
