From June to August, enjoy dishes created by Chef Maxime Lizotte and discover his contemporary interpretation of the First Nations’ culinary culture expressed by the Charlevoix terroir.
Rooted in oral tradition, "Myths and Legends" activities have always been part of Native culture. In fact, the evening "Myths and Legends" activities offer you an experience inspired by traditions that go back thousands of years! By telling you about the creation of Mother Earth, the Pleiades and other myths that shaped their childhood, Isabelle will shed light on the culture of the Huron-Wendat Nation from a completely different angle. These evenings are suitable for both children and adults.
