Kani Exclusive Space Maldives

We went on a day pass to Kani with my adult children and had an awesome day. The lady singing over at the restaurant during lunch was a bonus. Her voice was simply beautiful and was happy to play our favourite songs. Could have sat there snd listened to her singing all day.

I whant to say my experience in my club med maldive (kani).
Its a very beautiful place with beautiful poeple with good food, good room and i have so much fun and i made new friends (Hendri, Sanndy, clem, Candice, Franck, Sandrine, Lana, Jessica, Karim, Axel, charlotte)

Spectacular Island with wonderful spaces so you can be as active or relaxed, as public or private as you want. Beautiful water, lagoon and beaches.

Rooms were clean and neat. Bathrooms were spacious and kept clean. We were in a connected room and it was perfect for our family - older kids upstairs and us and our little downstairs. The rooms do need some upgrading and maintenance. This was nothing that spoiled or impacted our enjoyment but things are looking a bit tired. My parents had a roof leak, some plugs didn't work properly, some items have been painted so often the paint is thick and feels soft. I will say that all problems were addressed quickly and efficiently but the feeling of the resort rooms is that many need updating. They actually started work on some as we were leaving so it does seem to be on the agenda.

All that being said, we didn’t spend much time in our rooms!!

Restaurants - food and staff were amazing. Wonderful, good quality food with lots of variety that catered to every taste (including vegan options). Highlights here were the pastries and breads, special event evenings and the seafood - fresh and delicious everyday. The staff were wonderful. Everyone from chefs to table staff.

Bars are fun, with night life perfect for our older kids (young adults). Because the resort is so family friendly, we could take our little and feel comfortable just about everywhere until his bedtime! Special shout outs to Momo, Kim and Sona.

So many activities to choose from we were busy all day. Padel became a family hit, so was sailing, snorkeling, pilates and Diving! The Diving Team were excellent. Three of our family members got their Open Water certification along with experiencing giant turtles, mantas and sharks! They had a blast. One note, although there are diving packages, check the extra costs so there are no surprises!

The Mini Club was amazing. Our youngest has some special needs and the staff were more than accommodating and supportive. They helped our son to grow in confidence and ability. Special shout out to all the staff there but especially Ali and Momo who went above and beyond to ensure our son could participate. Chicken was also a huge favorite!

The Spa was wonderful and well utilized by our party. Extra excursions were great but watch out for the costs. Somethings were awfully expensive and yet not much was provided. Double check inclusions and final costs.

Running everything and seeming to be everywhere at once was the GM Julian. Any problem or question he was more than happy to answer, solve or get you connected. Very impressed with his energy and enthusiasm.

The negatives…
There were some extra costs that were not made clear when we booked excursions or diving but we got that sorted. There were also some extra cost events that were disappointing considering how much was spent. Lastly, rooms definitely need updating and maintenance.

This is not a Cultural or Travellers vacation definitely a Tourist Resort vacation but sooooo worth it. There were touches of culture and we loved the Marine Biologist and Cooking class options.

Overall:
Truly wonderful resort with plenty to do, amazing food and excellent service. Highly recommend.

Highlights are the special event evenings. Wonderfully done.

We had a fantastic holiday at Club Med Kani in Maldives. The island scenery is breathtaking, the food and all‑inclusive drinks are great, and the resort atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant.

We would especially like to give our sincere thanks to Wayne and Bob. They were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout our stay. They offered warm service and thoughtful suggestions, which made our trip much more comfortable and memorable. The whole team did a brilliant job, and we truly enjoyed every moment here.
We would love to come back again and highly recommend this resort to everyone!

An amazing high quality resort including food, drinks, deserts and entertainment.
A special thank you to Candice, from Manta, who gave our Family a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Candice was genuinely charming, graceful, fun loving, and full of energy, especially when performing with the professional entertainment team of an evening. Candice is a valuable asset to Club Med.
Beverly from Yoga, and Stretch Classes helped us unwind after long days filled with activities including gym, surfing, scuba diving, padel, and snorkeling.
The reception and back office staff were all incredibly kind, and enjoyable to spend time with. The Circus Team led by Ally, amazed us with their daring performances and also patiently taught members of the Family to fly on the trapeze.
Jonathon, the Head Chef, and his Team were outstanding taking great care to prepare special meals for one of out Family Members who is gluten intolerant. Amil and Shifusan also provided exceptional table service throughout our meals.
Patrick, the singer, delivered outstanding performances each evening on the deck and Beach Bar. Thomas and Salim from Euro Divers were exceptional instructors, guiding our Family through Open Water, Nitrox, and Advanced Certifications with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm.
Finally, congratulations to "King" Julian, the Chef de Village, for bringing together such a magnificent and highly professional team. Their warmth, dedication, and genuine hospitality, made our holiday unforgettable !
