I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Club Med Pragelato Sestriere. Everything was simply perfect, but what truly made the difference was the incredible team.
A very special mention goes to Calogero, the restaurant manager, who is an exceptional professional. His passion, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are evident in every aspect of the dining experience. He leads his restaurant team with great energy and dedication, and all the guys working with him are friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. They made every meal not just delicious, but truly memorable.
The food was outstanding — high quality, varied, and always beautifully presented. Every day was a pleasure to discover new flavors and enjoy such carefully prepared dishes.
The bar was another highlight of our stay. Arthur prepared fantastic drinks, always perfectly balanced and served with professionalism and kindness. It was a real pleasure to relax and enjoy his excellent cocktails after a day on the slopes.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Hugo, the amazing Chef de Village. His leadership, charisma, and constant presence make the entire resort feel welcoming and vibrant. He does a fantastic job creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring that every guest feels special.
