I had an amazing stay at the Club Med resort. Everything was excellent — the structure, the food, and the organization — but what really stood out was the staff.

Special thanks to Charlotte (pool activities), Marta and Isabela (bar), Pedro (gourmet bar), Amanda (Kids area), and Daniel, the snowboard instructor, who made our experience truly unforgettable.

Also, compliments to the boutique team, especially Nico, for the great service.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy great moments with family.

We had a wonderful experience with the Baby Club at Club Med Valmorel. From the very first moment during the intake process, we felt our daughter was in loving and capable hands.

What stood out most is how attentive and caring every single staff member is. No request ever felt like too much, and they really took the time to understand what each baby needed individually. As a parent, that gives a lot of peace of mind. We also really appreciated the WhatsApp updates during the day, which made it easy to stay connected and adjust our plans to our daughter’s needs (if needed).

The facilities in the baby club are bright and spacious, creating a safe and pleasant environment for the little ones.

A special mention for the presence of a doctor in the hotel every day. When our daughter had a fever, they kindly took the time to check on her, which meant a lot to us.

The level of professionalism, warmth and involvement from the entire team made it easy for us to go skiing with confidence and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Many thanks to Anaïs, Louna, Loane, Amarys, Camille and Ambre for taking such good care of our 11mo old daughter. We would warmly recommend the Baby Club to other parents.

What made my stay absolutely exceptional was the incredible staff at the club. I would like to specifically point out Jonathan from reception, Emilie in communications, Gildas from the sports team and Emanuela from the gourmet restaurant. The rest of my party unfortunately could not make the reservation due to political escalations and cancelled flights from their departure countries. I decided to come by myself as the booking was non refundable. Each person I mentioned took the time to make me feel welcome and cared for. They were consistently attentive, always helpful with any questions I had, and carried with them an infectious positive attitude. Thanks to them, I had an amazing vacation despite the disappointing circumstances I was in. They provided a 10/10 service, setting my experience apart from any other vacation I’ve taken.

My one suggestion is that while the facility itself is very lively, I must say the furnishings both in the rooms and shared spaces are quite tattered and old. Everything works perfectly fine but all the furnishings are clearly well used and it may be time for them to be renewed for a sleeker experience.
