Great Sicilian beaches with clear water. We stayed at Villeta, which was very pleasant, spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Great disappointed from the standard and quality of the food . The food isn’t value for the money you pay for the CM Exclusive Collection. Meat and poultry were usually dry and not tasty. The Fish was much better. Greens and salad bar was fale and without any creativity.
By all it’s a special recommended Club, if you downgrade the food quality expectations.

Had a wonderful four days at Club Med Cefalù. Everything is perfect. Shout out to my nautical pals: Marin, Majd, Alessandro, Gerardo (at snorkel) and “mostly” Matteo haha (he wrote this himself, you guys are all so awesome). Sail, padel, snorkel, kayak, in front of the breathtaking Cefalu coast view. wonderful experience. You guys made this trip so memorable. Had to mention even though this is an exclusive collection club med, it is actually quite family friendly. Water sports are not too hard for kids (because the coast is mostly mild, wind-wise, shallow water for snorkel etc). My two little one also enjoyed themselves. Thank you all so much, “Uncle Xiong” and Uncle “Yang” will be back.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent spa experience and the lack of follow-up on my complaint. I filed a complaint and was promised that the matter was being handled and that you would contact me with a proper compensation offer. This never happened.

My wife and I booked a couples massage two months in advance. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to be told that our appointments were split—one at 12:00 and the other the following day at 13:00. This completely ruined our plans, forcing my wife to eat lunch alone while I was in my treatment, and vice versa.

We always get couples massages together, and having this ruined after booking so far ahead was a massive disappointment for us. I expect a prompt response and a serious explanation regarding how you intend to compensate us for this poor service.

Beutiful place, staff polite, rooms very nice , food very good however both myself and my wife had stomach bug on the fourth day, we had read another review saying the same and we were carefu with l what we ate. Management should look into this as its ruining people's stay.
