Resort, room, atmosphere and food are very good but nothing beats how excellent the ski instructors. We got Ah Qi on day 1 as beginner, he’s superb! Best instructor on earth. Ann as ski instructor principal very helpful, friendly and lovely, she attends to all our matters timely everyday

Wonderful leadership, fun-loving bunch. The staff were observant and took extra care to ensure the safety and well-being of the children. Despite the numerous questions and chatters, the staff were patient and loving to the children – Deri, Alice, Julia, Ceekie, Eva, Luna, Jade… and a few others whom I didn’t have the chance to learn your names!

Coach Collin and Yu Jia for being so patient, assuring and fun! Thank you for letting me try the humps and crossing the “banner” over my head! If not for your generous encouragements, I would not have continued skiing, because I did not want to crash onto others. I enjoyed my lessons with you.

Coach Ann and Eagle, you guys are so welcoming every morning. It helps to prepare me for the challenge ahead. When the lesson ends and I am discouraged, it helps to see your smiles 😊 I could sense the love in your services! Truly, service with a hear.

Coach Lina, you laid my foundation with clear instructions.

Coach Mark, you did not teach me but I am most grateful to you for trying to help me buy the ski insurance, for over two hours.

Snowboard instructor Melissa for motivating my son for wanting to perfect his skill and snowboard every day. Before the trip, my teenage son told me that he wasn’t interested and would rather stay at home.

Front desk
Special thanks to front desk staff (Young, Amy, Eloise) for the four hours of help with the ski insurance! We couldn’t ski if you didn’t help us purchase the insurance.
Together with the other front desk staff (the lady who dressed up as the character in Spirited Away [I am so sorry that your name had suddenly slipped my mind] and Harrit), the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

I just booked the next trip in January right away after I left Club Med Shangbaishan. Janly and her whole team made it far beyond my expectation in every way. I feel the love and warm welcome during my 4 nights stay there since my first step into Club Med Shangbaishan. The attention Gavin showed in the restaurant every meal. Sky had first lunch with me and help me with the excursion. All questions and comments had been answered right away even extended to my visit to his hometown, Dalian after the Club Med vacation. The team made me feel comfortable asking any questions and their helps are even beyond the scope of Club Med related issues. Young and Cathy helped me with the language barrier to the excursion team and with the flight booking. Cathy is the front desk staff but to provide seamless communication she updated me every morning around 7:30 on the Government announcement whether we can visit the mountain. She answered me and tried her best to find the answers for my request. Quinn had lunch with me on my first day and prepared me for the whole stay at Shangbaishan. Her Yoga class made my lower backache gone like a magic. I am looking forward to my ski with Deri and Ari after had a lunch together. Afu and his team made delicious cooktails for me. I enjoyed watching him doing all the tricks while making those cocktails. Janly is a Wonder Woman who can manage well. Her greeting every time made a brighter day. I was amazed by her show performance every night even getting the video clip from other guests about her show after I left Club Med. The atmosphere there create many relationship and it didn’t end there. Guests still continue the friendship both among guests and Club Med team after we left Shangbaishan. Thank you for such a wonderful time there. I cannot name all but the impressions they left on my heart will never be forgotten.

We had a wonderful holiday at Club Med Changbaishan. The room, hot spring, food, and everything else were all very satisfying. What impressed us the most was your excellent service — every staff provided us with an exceptional experience. Especially, your staff Young, Cathy, and Leon were extremely professional and thoughtful, making our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back next year!
