Kiroro Grand Japan

I love everything there in Kiroro!!
The entire trip was amazing and I’d love to travel there over and over again 🥰🥰
Gosh there are like family to me! (Especially Cay, Camila, Miya, Jen)

We booked a 4-night stay at Club Med Kiroro Grand, including flights and local transfers, just a week before our trip in June 2025. Although the journey was long—over 10 hours with all the waiting and transfers—the timing worked out well. We arrived around lunchtime on the first day and departed after lunch on the last day, which made the most of our time there.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our first GO, Joa, who guided us to the lunch area where we had a satisfying meal before beginning our exploration of the resort. Joa remained helpful throughout our stay, always ready to answer our questions.

Special thanks to GOs Sam and Eddy, who were incredibly attentive to our dining needs. On several occasions, they kindly helped pack breakfast for our son.

The Kids Club team, including Reka, Rein, Bell, Kyle, June, Omen, Kyoro, JO, and many others, did a fantastic job taking care of our boy and the other children. Their energy and dedication were truly appreciated.

We also want to thank GO Ibra for arranging transportation to Otaru, allowing us to revisit and reminisce about our time in the town 15 years ago.

GOs Jimmy, Bratra, Tanjung, Josh, and Luly made the sports activities—like tennis, hiking, mountain boarding, and yoga—engaging and enjoyable. Meanwhile, GOs Nico, Michelle, and Willy made the night shows (especially the acrobatics and dance performances) memorable highlights of our evenings.

We also enjoyed lovely conversations over meals with GOs Roy, Nico, and FIN.

The food and drinks were plentiful and diverse. One night featured delicious crab, another showcased a live tuna cutting turned into fresh sashimi, and another evening was centered around a hotpot experience.

Our hotel room was spacious, and the onsen provided a relaxing way to unwind after active days.

Overall, it was a memorable and well-rounded experience—great hospitality, food, and fun for the whole family. Highly recommended!

這次和朋友兩家人一起體驗Clubmed, Kiroro grand GO都非常的熱情，前台GO Jen 跟Joa mini clubs的 GO Lucy , family workshop Hinako, 都非常親切，小朋友們都很喜歡！很滿意這次的Clubmed體驗，很特別的經驗，有機會會在體驗不同地方的Clubmed!

We are just leaving Kioro after 6 incredible days. What a fantastic resort and what an amazing team of GOs. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The resort was spotless, the food was great and the activities fun packed. We arrived at a time of low occupancy and had the absolute pleasure to interact a lot with the great team of GOs in the resort. Thus, don’t be surprised about the extensive list of names.
The resort is in a great location to escape the summer heat and to indulge in some great outdoor activities we did cycling, mountainboarding, tennis, soccer, golf and hiking. The gym and the indoor pool were also well equipped. We loved the Onsen with 100% natural mountain spring water.
Our son participated on several days in the kids club and he really enjoyed both the GOs and to play with kids from all over Asia.
Food and entertainment was (as always in Club Med) of the highest standards. Dishes varied and were always cooked to perfection. The shows were exciting and fun to watch and you could sense the engagement of the team!

This is not a random list of names, we shared meals, drinks and activities with these people, had great conversations and would be delighted to meet you again anywhere in Club Med and the world.

The GO team at Kiroro Grand is amazing, they were super friendly and they were highlight during our stay at clubmed. Activities and excursions provided are wholesome and we get to try new sports like mountain board and mountain bike. The instructors were very professional and have high safety awareness. The stand-up paddle board activity was not included but would highly recommend! The sea is so beautiful and clear and it was just so fun to get to paddle in such a scenery. Shout out to Arda for being just so amazing, Fede and Tanjung for being the best instructors, Miya for welcoming us and making us feel like home.
