The snow slopes were absolutely fantastic. The powder snow was soft, well-groomed, and perfect for both beginners and more experienced skiers. The ski-in, ski-out convenience made everything so seamless — stepping straight from the resort onto the slopes each morning was such a luxury. The variety of runs ensured that every day felt exciting and never repetitive.
What truly made the trip exceptional was the warm hospitality. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, everyone made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The all-inclusive experience was smooth and thoughtfully organized, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our holiday without worrying about logistics.
A very special thank you to ski instructors Skye and Chris D. Their professionalism, patience, and encouragement made a huge difference in our skiing journey. They provided clear guidance, boosted our confidence, and most importantly, made every lesson fun and enjoyable. Thanks to them, we improved so much and felt safe and supported on the slopes.
Club Med Tomamu is truly a wonderful destination for a winter getaway. We left with amazing memories, improved ski skills, and hearts full of gratitude. We would definitely love to return again!
My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation at Club Med Tomamu. I would like to give special thanks to the ski instructor Chris D., the yoga teacher Jean, and Ricky at the front desk.
Chris helped us feel confident and safe on the slopes. He was always attentive to every member’s safety and constantly checked on each of us throughout the lessons. He carefully observed our individual abilities and provided personalized advice and adjustments based on our different levels and conditions. Every member of Club 1 learned a lot and had fun at the same time. His patience, encouragement, and professionalism truly made a difference in our skiing experience.
After skiing all day, the yoga class was the perfect recovery for our sore legs. Jean led the class smoothly and professionally. I even joined the morning class when I woke up early enough and enjoyed the beautiful scenery through the windows.
This time, I traveled to Club Med with my friend’s family. Thanks to Ricky for arranging our rooms close to each other, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
Had a great experience with Club 1 ski class by Chris D., definitely learnt good skiing habits that will go a long way. Grateful for the coaching and corrections, great progress made in just 1 day!
Club Med Tomamu is a paradise for winter lovers. The ski slopes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced skiers, with convenient ski-in, ski-out access directly from the resort. Hokkaido’s famous powder snow is simply world-class—light, soft, and perfect for both skiing and snowboarding.
There are also wonderful activities for non-skiers, such as snow trekking, sledding, and ice skating, making the resort enjoyable for everyone. A very special thank you to Tan, who was incredibly kind and patient during my ski lessons.
We have been joining Clubmed Tomamu since my kid was 5 years old and this is where we first learned skiing together. The best thing they can drop off kids and they take very good care of the kids . We came here every year (except Covid) and now my daughter is 13 years old and she is skiing the black tracks and she is doing much better than the adults. We have tried different resorts like in Hakuba and Clubmed Kiroro but still we think Tomamu is the best. It’s brainless here and everything is so well organised and kids are allowed to play, make friends and explore by themselves. Another impressive thing it’s the safety standards here is very high as you can see from their staffs stationed around the chairlifts and gondola station. Last but not the least, our coach for club 2 Chris from UK is excellent and experienced in teaching with great class management. We will definitely visit again in the future.
