It has been a truly amazing holiday at Club med from check in at Day one till check out on final day. Want to give a 5-star rating to our coach - Chris D at Club 2! A big thumbs up 👍🏻. I wanted to say a huge thank you for such an awesome time out on the slopes! This holiday has been the highlight of our family winter, and I honestly feel like a much better skier after these few days with you.
Thanks for being so patient while I found my rhythm and for keeping things so fun and relaxed. Chris is professional and explained in an easy understandable way to have a make the tough runs feel manageable, and his tips on my form really helped everything click. I’m heading home with way more confidence and some great memories from the mountain. It wasn't just about the drills; it was just a blast hanging out and catching some great views together.
Thanks again for the laughs, great experience and the expert guidance. I hope the rest of your season is legendary—hopefully, I’ll see you back on the mountain for another session soon!

Overall good holiday with fuss free arrangement with the kids. Club med truly a place for a good holiday for each and every one of us in a family of 4. Adults and kids each have our own ski program and we progress accordingly. Our gluten sensitive diet is also well taken care of. Xmas was fun with Santa appearing from outdoor, skiing down to the theatre, kids were all given presents with age and gender appropriate. We stayed for 10 days and have seen 2x of fireworks display right from the comfort of our room and outside the theatre.

Logan the GM, previously from club med Sahoro, so my kids knew him from previous trip. My son was asking him when is sushi day for dinner but it was unfortunately not in the next few days. So Logan with his team made him a boat of sushi specially for his dinner the next day! We were not expecting it and the sushi boat was just brought to us as we enter the restaurant. My son was so so happy and delighted.
Ivan the cook, prepared gluten free meals for my children even when we didn’t request for it beforehand. He saw my kids and immediately asked what they like to eat and prepared for them on the spot! He even got us very yummy gluten free cookies for our travel back home.
Shana good ski instructor for the kids, she articulate the technique to the children very well yet keeping the lessons entertaining and engaging through out. My son got promoted 2x during our 7 days of skiing
Nik very good adult ski instructor, I would say the best I had in the 3 Hokkaido club meds so far. Unlike the other instructors who does minimal or unclear explanation and let us figure out ourselves, Nik explained and demonstrated the techniques in simple form and well. The group of 12 pax all agrees and root for Nik to be our repeated instructor. She helped us progress to the next level with stronger foundations of parallel ski, traversing, sliding/skidding down etc.

We had great ski lessons over four days with Chris D. He was extremely patient in correcting/refining our techniques and gave us useful tips and cues. Even though it was a group class, he went the extra mile to give every of us individual feedback so we each had something to work and improve on.

I’ve become more confident on steeper slopes and in my parallel turns. Thank you, Chris!
