Hotel is great.The head of the reception is really helpful she went out of her way to assist me and my family. And Salome the head of mini club is amazing actually all mini and petit clubs are really working so hard and very patient to the children. Their evening shows are spectacular.

Exceptional ski instructors – Quentin Trilles & Jimmy
I had an outstanding ski experience at Club Med thanks to two amazing instructors, Quentin Trilles and Jimmy.
Quentin was the instructor I spent most of my time with, and the progress I made in just four days was remarkable. He invested an incredible amount of energy, care, and personal attention into my skiing and into the whole group. He genuinely took our improvement as a personal mission and pushed each of us forward in a smart, professional, and encouraging way. His teaching was clear, precise, and highly effective, and he managed to take the entire group to a whole new level of skiing. At the same time, the atmosphere was fun, motivating, and positive. Everyone in the group was amazed by how much we improved in such a short time.
Jimmy initially assessed my skiing level and quickly noticed that I was slightly more advanced than the rest of the group. Thanks to his judgment, I was moved to Quentin’s more advanced group so I could progress properly. What stood out about Jimmy was his continued involvement — even after moving me, he kept checking on my progress and making sure everything was going well. His dedication and care for the students were obvious, and at one point he even climbed up the mountain in ski boots to look for a missing student, showing real responsibility and commitment.
Both Quentin and Jimmy are highly professional, dedicated, and passionate instructors. Their teamwork, care for students, and love for teaching made this ski vacation truly special. I would highly recommend them to anyone skiing at Club Med.

Eu amei a experiência, mais uma parte que mais me deixou feliz é o que deixou mais legal foi os tios Marina e o Remi que são muito legais e que deixaram o ambiente mais legal, com nossas piadas internas e nossa semana cheia de risadas e felicidades !

I loved the experience, but the part that made me happiest and what made it the best was having Uncle Marina and Uncle Remi, who are very nice and made the atmosphere even more fun, with our inside jokes and our week full of laughter and happiness! Thank you for making it such a great week!
