Amazing experience, fantastic staff, special mention to Francesco and the bar staff. Will definitely xome back here again

Ended up in same room we had last year - just fantastic. Everything in this review will be positive, but do see final comment which has nothing to do with this superb hotel, but does reflect on Club Med.

Welcome - just great, boss of the hotel said hello and welcomed us in. Checkin was great, luggage sent to our room. Same room as last year, just great.

The whole week was good. Fantstic food; breakfast, lunch, dinner. New coffee bar for after breakfast snacks and through the day cookies/biscuits.

Just fantastic food selections.

Ski equipment for my partner was great, as were ESF ski lessons/guiding.

Now the less positive - and this has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. Geneva airport to hotel transfer. The transfer was great - very careful driver etc. But had to wait over an hour for the transfer as Club Med decided to merge two couples - on different flights. So we waited over an hour cause the other flight was delayed. Not at all the best transfer with Club Med. Club Med is not cheap - as a long term customer I expected better. Check the details of your transfers.

A nice experience, everything well organized, amazing ski classes. The animation team is on top especially their manager Quentin.

Another fabulous Club Med experience at Les Arcs Panorama. Miles and miles of cruisy blue slopes perfect for beginners and families. Adrian the House GO runs a tight ship. Ever present you can tell the whole team likes and respects him. Happy faces allround a very slick operation in all departments. The food here was excellent (much to our relief having had a couple of bad Club Med experiences in recent years). The chefs are proud of their work and this shows at every meal. Snacky, snacky, snack time every 2 hours and cocktails on tap made for a happy mum! The ESF team were once again fantastic with a special shout out to the legendary Bennett who gave myself and daughter the confidence to really enjoy the slopes and cover alot of mileage. For my youngest daughter she was encouraged to excel her skiing and came away with 3 stars! Some of my favourite moments were the Apres Ski! Raving with my daughter in the afternoon and at sunset courtesy of killer resident DJ Angel! Folis Douche brought their entire set up to the club on Thursday evening and what a treat that was showing the kids how raving was done in the 90s! Im so sad to be leaving early and going to miss been fed and watered every 2 hours! Hope to see you all again very soon. Fiona, Tim , Scarlett and Kitty from Yorkshire UK.
