Serre Chevalier France

We stayed at Club Med Serre Chevalier from 8–15 February, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The resort has been completely renovated, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. A real transformation.

The village is perfectly sized: not overwhelming, not too big or small. Everything is easy, restaurants, bar, theatre, gym, spa, ski room, all close by and incredibly comfortable. It makes the whole stay feel relaxed and effortless, exactly what a ski holiday should be.

What truly touched us and made this stay exceptional was **Pierre-Jean, the General Manager (Chef de Village). I have stayed in many Club Med resorts over the years, but I have never encountered someone like him. Always present, always smiling, full of energy, and genuinely caring. You could feel his passion everywhere, it sets the tone for the entire resort. Simply outstanding.

A big thank you as well to **Chris at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude made everything run smoothly from start to finish.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the ski area is fantastic, and the surrounding village is charming and absolutely worth exploring.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. This is Club Med at its very best. Thanks for a great week.

Fantastic week with my son, high energy ambiance and extremely friendly staff, in particular Maicon Jackson, Lilou and Charlotte. Fantastic ski instructors for the beginners and late bloomers like me - thank you Benjamin and Hugo, for your endless patience. Hoping to return soon.

The resort is lesser known so my first time and an absolutely great discovery. Very nice ski in and ski out , the resort has it all. Nice entertainment and super team led by an incredible General Manager. Many congraulations to the team !

Our trip was on 1st February for a week, we had the best time in Serre Chvalier as the resort is completely modernised, with excellent facilities and the staff were fantastic.
I would recommend this resort as everything is available there, ski in and ski out at the doorstep and the team in the resort did everything we asked including vegetarian food.
The General Manger was available all the time and was the most efficient guy in the whiole resort.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. The facilities, atmosphere, food, and overall experience were excellent, and the staff was consistently warm and professional.

I would especially like to mention the hotel manager, Mr. Jean-Pierre, who is truly exceptional. In all our vacations at Club Med and similar resorts, we have never encountered such a level of personal involvement and dedication. He seems to be everywhere at all times — always smiling, always attentive, and always noticing the smallest details that make a real difference to guests’ experience.

This was genuinely one of the best service experiences we have ever had. A big thank you to Mr. Jean-Pierre and to the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. This level of care and service is truly remarkable and not something to be taken for granted.
