Snow Serenity by Club Med

• Applicable in all Snow EAF Resorts​
• Applicable from 5 days before arrival at the Resort and throughout the stay except on sundays​
• Applicable to all GMs (all statuses, nationalities, ages)​

Applicable for travel dates between ;

• March 22, 2026 - May 4, 2026
• November 22, 2026 - December 19, 2026
• March 21, 2027 - May 2, 2027

• Activable upon request by the client​
• As soon as 50% of the number of ski lifts in operation are closed due to lack of snow, for at least 2 consecutive days​

• Subject to availability in another EAF Mountain Resort on the same dates and for the same duration of stay.​
• If the new stay is more expensive: no additional charge to pay.​
• If the new stay is cheaper: the difference will be refunded by voucher.​
• The same accommodation category is not guaranteed.​
• The same à la carte services will be replicated for the new stay, subject to availability. If not: refund by voucher.​
• In case of a Resort change during the stay: the transfer cost is the responsibility of the GM.​
• In case of a Resort change during the stay: the return transfer price difference (Resort 2 > train station/airport) is the responsibility of the GM.​
• On Sundays, Snow Serenity is not applicable​
• To validate the application of the Snow Serenity policy, the GM must accept the new stay proposal in writing.​
• Beginner skiers cannot join a class in the middle of the week (any other day than Monday)​
• Transfers to Club Med Property accommodations cannot be made without additional costs.​
