At Club Med, we do everything to ensure you enjoy a thrilling ski holiday, even when the snow is playing hide and seek.​

If 50% of your ski domain is closed for two consecutive days, we’ll offer you a snowy getaway to one of our 13 Alpine Resorts, subject to availability.​

The scope​

• Applicable in all Snow Alpine Resorts​
• Applicable from 5 days before arrival at the Resort and throughout the stay except on Sundays​
• Applicable to all clients (all statuses, nationalities, ages)​
• Applicable throughout the entire season​

Activation conditions​

• Activable upon request by the client​
• As soon as 50% of the number of ski lifts in operation are closed due to lack of snow, for at least 2 consecutive days​
