Facilitate your Arrival allows you to prepare your stay in the best possible way, so that everything is ready as soon as you arrive at our Resort.
Rental of ski equipment, registration for ski lessons, information about your kids, booking, check-in and check-out details: time saving guaranteed.

Club Med app
Another service to help you prepare for your winter sports vacation: My Club Med app. Download it to plan your activities on-site and receive practical advices for a seamless skiing holiday with your family, partner or friends.
Restaurants opening hours, spa menu, artistic or physical activities, dress code of the evening... Everything you need to know right on your phone!
Day of arrival
At Club Med, the main arrival day in the mountains is Sunday. Perfect for avoiding traffic jams on your drive to the ski slopes! But it's perfectly possible to arrive on another day if you wish (outside school vacations, subject to availability).
When you arrive at the Resort, our G.O® team will welcome you from 3pm for check-in.
At the reception desk, you will pick up everything you need for your stay: your ski pass and your digital bracelet, which will serve as your room key, ski locker key and means of payment for à la carte services. Our team will be pleased to provide you with all the information you need to enjoy an idyllic vacation in the snow. Ski rental, activities included or to be booked on demand, information on the location: all the ingredients are there for an excellent stay at the foot of the slopes.

At Club Med, you can rent or buy your ski equipment on site.
The Ski Pro Shop® is located in the heart of each Resort. Whether you're a skier, snowboarder, hiker or freerider, you'll find all the winter sports equipment you need for rental or sale, from the most prestigious brands, including Rossignol, world leader in winter sports. Our teams are on hand to give you advice on how to make the most of your winter vacations.
And if you'd like to bring your own equipment, we've got private lockers where you can store it.

Transfers
Ready to hit the slopes? To make it easier for you to get to our Resorts in Switzerland, France or Italy, Club Med offers transfer services!
- If you've booked a stay with transport, you'll receive all your travel and transfer documents.
- If you have booked a stay without transport, whether you come by plane or train, we can organize your transfer to the Resort (at an additional cost).
- If you are traveling by car, parking spaces are also available in most of our Resorts.
Registration for kids' clubs
To make the most of your ski holiday, discover the kids' clubs in our mountain Resorts:
- Your kids aged 4 to 17 are automatically enrolled in the Mini Club Med +® and Chill Pass & Teens Club Med® as part of the All-Inclusive package.
- Baby Club Med®, from 4 to 23 months, and Petit Club Med® , from 2 to 4 years, are at extra cost**
