Our teams will give you a few tips to help you prepare for your arrival.
Your Arrival
When you arrive at the Resort, our G.O® team will welcome you with a smile from 3pm.
In case of early arrival, lunch can be provided*.
If you have booked a stay without transport, we can organize your transfer from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort*.
And if you're coming by car, remember to reserve a parking space via your customer account. Electric recharging stations are available.
*At an extra cost
The Check-In
On the My Club App or in your online customer account, you'll find the "Easy Arrival" form. It allows you to prepare your check-in before your stay.
At the Resort reception desk, you'll pick up your Club Med digital wristband, which will serve as your room key as well as a means of payment for "à la carte" services.
Registration
For children's clubs, remember to fill in the "Easy Arrival" form before your stay and finalize registration with the children's club when you arrive at the resort.
For cycling and hiking outings, go to the mountain activities desk or the MyClubMed app to reserve your slot the day before your outing.

"A La Carte" Services
Bookable before your stay via your customer account or the MyClubMed app, or on arrival at your resort, Club Med offers "à la carte" services. Relax with a spa treatment, take part in thrilling activities, taste a premium wine or take home a souvenir of your stay.
Your Equipment
Sports equipment is available at our Resorts for the activities proposed in our all-inclusive offer. Pack light and enjoy the great outdoors.
Restaurants & Drinks
All your meals are included in your all-inclusive package from the evening of your arrival to lunch on the day of your departure: breakfast, lunch, dinner, including your snack and aperitif breaks.

Ψ Refined cuisine in the specialty restaurant, with table service for moments of intimacy*.

✔️ Your identity papers: they will be asked for on arrival
✔️ Light and breathable clothing: Shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, lightweight pants or leggings, hiking or walking shorts, hat, and a swimsuit
- Even in summer, mountain nights can get chilly, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
✔️ Footwear: Hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, high socks, sandals or flip-flops, and water shoes for any water activities
✔️ Sun Protection: sunscreen with high SPF (preferably waterproof), sun hat, sunglasses category 3 or 4, and after-sun lotion
✔️ Hiking Essentials: Daypack or backpack for hikes and insect repellent
✔️ A water bottle or hydration pack for hikes, during your activities and throughout your stay
✔️ Psssst... take a look at the app if you want to dress in the theme of the evening: elegant, white, bohemian, casual chic, etc.

✔️ Their health booklet (with proof of updated regulatory vaccinations)
✔️ A medical certificate of non-contraindication to life in a community (established just before arrival at the Resort, mandatory up to 5 years old)
✔️ Light and breathable clothing: Shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, lightweight pants or leggings, hiking or walking shorts, hat, and a swimsuit
- Even in summer, mountain nights can get chilly, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
✔️ Footwear: Hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes, high socks, sandals or flip-flops, and water shoes for any water activities

✔️ A small bag to carry their things for the day, without forgetting their favorite blanket or stuffed animal, baby powder, insect repellent, and slippers or indoor shoes for more comfort
✔️ Disposable diapers, regular and for swimming (mandatory in our pools for children under 3 years old)
