When you arrive at the Resort, our GO® team welcomes you with a smile from 3 p.m. Even if you arrive later, our team will be waiting to get your experience off to the best start possible. In case of early arrival, lunch may be offered to you*

At the Resort reception, you can collect everything you need for your stay:
The Ski Pass which is your access card for the ski lifts and gondolas that take you to the slopes. Your ski pass will activate the morning after your arrival.
Club Med Pass Card or Club Med Digital Bracelet* which will serve as your room key, your ski locker key but also as a means of payment for à la carte services.

Sliding lessons, children's clubs, etc… everything happens directly in the Resort and quickly, especially if you have pre-registered with the Easy Arrival* online service. It's the Club Med difference that will make you fully enjoy your vacation from the very first moment!

The day of departure:
Ψ Your room must be vacated at 10 a.m. but you can stay and enjoy the resort until 3 p.m.

As soon as you arrive, it is possible to open an account at the reception with an international credit card.
The Club Med Pass card (or your Club Med digital wristband*) will allow you to freely pay for your à la carte services (Spa treatments, purchases at the boutique, etc.). The amount of your purchases will be automatically transferred to your account and will allow you to pay everything at the end of your stay.
As part of the Easy Arrival** online service, you have the option of registering your bank details before your stay, in order to save time once there.

At the Ski Pro Shop Club Med®, you can rent your ski equipment in a real store, located within the Resort, and benefit from the advice of our GO®. Equipment adapted to your level will be offered to you, selected from the latest models and the best brands on the market.
If you have already set aside your ski rental equipment when filling out the Easy Arrival* form, it will be waiting for you, tailored to your size, weight, and ski level, in a private locker. You can access the locker with the same bracelet that opens your room, or with a code. Our team will be available if you need any assistance.

At the restaurant of your Resort, the varied buffet formula, combining original dishes and revisited classics, will delight all taste buds!
The Resort bar offers refreshments as well as sweet and savory treats at key times of the day. In some Resorts* enjoy a late breakfast, a snack or a plated evening menu in our Gourmet Lounge. Cozy atmosphere guaranteed!

✔️ A water bottle to refresh you on the slopes, during your activities and throughout your stay
✔️ Psssst... take a look at the app if you want to dress in the theme of the evening: elegant, white, bohemian, casual chic, etc.

WHAT TO BRING:
✔️ Their identification papers
✔️ Their health booklet (with proof of updated regulatory vaccinations)
✔️ A medical certificate of non-contraindication to life in a community (established just before arrival at the Resort, mandatory up to 5 years old)
✔️ Warm and waterproof clothing, suitable for skiing: ski suit (jacket & pants), thermal t-shirts, a sweater or fleece, hat/beanie, scarf, gloves, thermal high socks or tights, mask or sunglasses category 3 or 4
✔️ Special winter sports sunscreen (1 tube per child), sunglasses and a hat or cap
✔️ A small bag to carry their things for the day, their favorite blanket or stuffed animal, baby powder, and slippers or indoor shoes for more comfort
✔️ Disposable diapers (mandatory in our pools for children under 3 years old)
