MAPLE PRODUCTS WORKSHOP
Explore the maple forest of Le Massif on a 2-mile journey. Discover the maple flavor wheel and learn to make taffy cones, maple butter, and praline hazelnuts. Enjoy hot tea and take home three self-made maple products.
MINI GOURMET TOUR
Around a fire, enjoy a unique tasting menu made from gourmet products from the forest. The activity includes five different tastings: cream of wild mushrooms, a canapé, two sweet bites and a hot beverage.
"BOREAL SPICES" SAFARI
Experience a 2-mile gondola journey to harvest the green alder pepper in the Gourmet Forest. Enjoy hot chocolate, tapas, boreal chai tea, and a live cooking demo with boreal spices. Snowshoes and gondola access required.
GOURMET FOREST AND TRADITIONS
Join a 2-mile guided tour to explore over 15 edible forest plants, learn about First Nations' winter food traditions, and enjoy a bannock bread cooking session by the fire. Snowshoes are necessary.
