Special thanks to the bar and restaurant team with Ayoub as a 5star GO, Haitam as a talented GE and all their nice collegues. They are working under the direction of manager Christina. She has a very good eye for the needs of her guests and development of her team. The allround reception ladies and men gave me service with a smile. In Club Med you have a lot of sports, you can relax, there is allways a suprise, a party, a good lunch and diner possibilities. The whole team make me feel like home and I left with roses and hugs after a fantastic holiday. Thanks! Ingrid

1st club med experience. It was great. Good fantastic and beautiful setting. Great kids activities. Staff very kind and helpful. Shout out to Fleur, and all in circus team in particular Tom - very impressive skills! Loved the shows. Thanks for a great trip

I lovedddd my time at the Club Med Marrakech, the food was good, the rooms were nice and clean too. Special mention to the GO, Maria she was so good with me at the store very polite and sweet. Ranya and Marouane are very helpful with the rooms I thank them so much! I stayed at Club Med Marrakech from January 3rd to January 9th, 2026. The resort is beautiful, the food is excellent, and there are many opportunities to take part in sports. But for me, the highlight was the exceptional GO team.

Rere really made my stay memorable. From the first moment she was warm and open, and it immediately felt welcoming. She has a very natural way of making guests feel comfortable, and for me that really mattered during the stay. The resort is beautiful, but her care and attitude made it feel more personal and special. She was attentive and professional, but never distant. I also really appreciated that we could speak English, since I don’t speak French, which made everything easier and more relaxed.

I would also like to mention Molly, who works at the bar during the day. I usually had a tea there, and she was always very friendly and served me with a smile. It really made a difference and brightened my day. Ange-Marie also deserves a special mention as a tennis instructor. He is very professional, motivating, and helped me a lot to improve my tennis.

Overall, the GO team is a real asset to Club Med Marrakech. You can really feel their effort and energy, and that made my stay much better. They truly care about the guests, and because of that this holiday will stay in my memory.
