Enjoying a trip to Club Med is no surprise, where good food and great warm service from G.O.s are a norm. This trip however, was elevated by one of the most excellent snowboard instructor I've ever met. Snowboard instructor Shigeru gave clear, detailed coaching on snowboard techniques that have eluded me for many seasons. Whilst some may find his instructions lengthy, to me it was invaluable, as he explained the logic behind each instruction he gave, helping me to grasp the technique and be able to execute them safely and competently. Mad respect to him who learnt snowboarding at 63 upon retirement, got certified as an instructor for fun and just starting out as a snowboard instructor. He showed me, a senior citizen myself, that there is hope yet! His excellent coaching made me stay on in SB2 for the whole duration of my trip, despite him 'promoting' me to SB3 on day 2 of our lessons. Thank you so much Shigeru, for teaching me to very efficient short turns, Japanese style!

We had the best family trip. All the instructors and staff were super antentive. This is our second time back as last time was amazing!! This time did not disappoint we where met by new faces and some of the same staff! A special shout out to SHIHO, who made our stay super fun and the kids felt right at home. She remembered all our names and went over and above :) 5 stars once again. We will be nack a third time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an amazing time! The instructors that I came across (Rata, Vince, Shigeru, Craig and Stefano) were amazing and so patient and the bar team were really kind and friendly (Jayden’s cocktail concoction was fantastic!).

However, the facilities are a little dated and can be off-putting at times (long lines waiting for washing machines that don’t have a rinse function between washes, dryers that are filled with dust and fuzz, an ofuro that had towels strewn all over and disgusting half filled buckets from the unsupervised teens that treated the bathhouse as their personal kiddy splash pool… the list goes on), which for the price point should be improved upon.

Overall the staff were generally amazing and definitely made the experience worth it.
